SkillBridge provides the following services to employers

– RECRUITMENT of the best person for the job, ensuring candidates have the necessary skills, qualifications and experience needed to fill the role and meet your needs. We charge you a fixed percentage of the final negotiated wage or salary, half payable when contracting SkillBridge to undertake the search and provide a list of candidates and their details, and the other half once the candidate provided by us signs a contract to become a full employee of the client company.

– LABOUR HIRE- we provide workers for short term or long term contract positions via a ‘labour hire’ arrangement whereby we employ, pay and insure the workers and maintain the employee’s payroll. This is an exceptional way for businesses to
