Before employment--As is often the case individuals needing to apply for work need to fill in applications in writing or online, provide documentation and proof of identity. SKILLBRIDGE offers one on one services and group sessions aimed at preparing applicants
Workshops
(VIP to create the basis for sessions you will provide- identify and design sessions, how long the sessions will be, create documentation}

After employment
Once an individual has been placed SKILLBRIDGE is available to work alongside the employer to provide Bridging services such as Induction training, Coaching and Appraisals throughout the employment journey
